Blanking:blanking is a stamping process in which part of the material or process part is separated from another part of the material, operational(sequence)part or scrap by means of a die.Blanking is the general term for the separation processes of cutting, blanking, punching, grooving, cutting, chiseling, trimming, repairing.

Cutting: Cutting is a stamping process in which the material is localized along the open contour rather than separated. The material to be cut and separated is located or substantially located in the plane where it was before the separation.

Trimming: Trimming is a stamping process that uses a die to trim the edge of the forming operational part to make it have a diameter, height or shape.

Tongue cutting: Tongue cutting is a stamping process in which the material is partially along the open contour instead of being separated. The partially separated material has the position required by the operational part and is no longer on the plane where it was before separation.

Cutting: Cutting is a stamping process that separates materials along the open contour, and the separated materials become operational parts.

Flaring: Flaring is a stamping process that expands the open part of a hollow or tubular part.

Punching: Punching is a stamping process that separates scrap from materials or operational parts along a closed contour to obtain the required holes in the material or operational parts.

Gap Punching: Gap Punching is a stamping process that separates scrap from materials or operational parts along an open contour. The open contour forms a gap, the depth of which does not exceed the width.

Groove Punching: Groove Punching is a stamping process that separates scrap from materials or operational parts along an open contour. The open contour is in the shape of a groove, and its depth exceeds the width.

Punching the middle hole: Punching the middle hole is a punching process in which a shallow concave middle hole is formed on the surface of the operational part, and the back material has no corresponding protrusions.

Fine blanking: Fine blanking is a kind of smooth blanking. It uses a fine blanking die with a toothed binder plate to make the entire section of the punching part smooth or almost all.

Continuous die: A continuous die is the die with two or more stations. The material is sent to one station one by one along with the stroke of the press, so that the stamped parts are gradually formed.

Single operation die: Single operation die is the die that only completes one operation in one stroke of the press.

Combined punching die: The combined punching die is a universal and adjustable complete set of punching dies that gradually form various punching parts according to geometric elements (straight lines, angles, arcs, holes). The contour of the plane-shaped punching part generally needs several sets of combined punching dies to be punched in stages.

Convexity Embossing: Convexity Embossing is a stamping process in which a punch is used to squeeze into one side of the operational part, forcing the material to flow into the opposite pit to form a protrusion.

Embossing: Embossing is a stamping process in which materials are forced partially to form shallow concave decorative patterns, patterns, characters or symbols on the surface of the operational parts. The back of the embossed surface has no protrusions corresponding to dimples.
