Most of the punches and die buttons used in automobile dies are standard parts. The punch is easy to break, bend and damage during the use of automobile dies. The die button is generally damaged. The damage of punch and die button is usually replaced by parts of the same specification. The parameters of punch mainly include working size, installation size, length dimension, etc.

Spring and other elastic parts: in the process of use, the spring is one of the parts that are easy to be damaged in the automobile die, which usually appears fracture and deformation. The soluition is to change, but pay attention to the specification and model of spring during replacement. The specification and model of spring are determined by color, outer diameter and length. Only when these three items are the same can they be replaced.

Fastening parts: check whether the fastening parts are loose or damaged. The method adopted is to find the same specification of parts for replacement.

Pressing and discharging parts: pressing parts such as pressing plate and Unisex, discharging parts such as discharging plate, pneumatic jacking device, etc. During maintenance, check the assembly relationship of each part and whether there is damage, and repair the damaged part. Check whether there is air leakage in pneumatic jacking, and take measures for specific situation. If the trachea is damaged, replace it.
